  • "After 9 months in our beautiful new home built by Coxe Contracting, we are taking the time to write a review. We had an eventful 9 months with a wedding, losing a parent and moving a son to Minnesota - we finally feel settled. We purchased some acreage in the area and needed to find a builder willing to work in somewhat of a challenging area, down a dirt/gravel road at the top of a ridge and we were fortunate enough to meet Tyler and Tiffany Coxe. They referred us to Cheryl Collis (Salacoa Drafting) to help put our ideas for a new home into working plans. Tyler and Tiffany patiently waited for us to get our financing together and broke ground on our home in July of 2023. From day one Tyler, Tiffany and their crew were so easy to work with. Knowing we were excited and would be checking the progress consistently, they always kept us up to date on each step of the process. I am sure there were times we were a little much, but with a smile and understanding, Coxe Contracting helped us navigate through the entire home building process. Knowing that they handled all of the big things - concrete, truss delivery, building inspections, bank inspections, making sure we have a solid built home, etc - we were able to concentrate on the fun things like cabinets, countertops, light fixtures etc. Were there hiccups in the process, of course there were, it's to be expected. Through it all Tyler and Tiffany were able to keep things going while waiting for others to do their part. We moved in the first part of March 2024. We love our cabin in the woods! While it was our vision, Coxe Contracting made it reality. Now 9 months after moving in, we are so thankful for Coxe Contracting and everyone who played a part in building our home. We haven't had any issues with any part of our home other than some minor tweaks, again that's expected. We would highly recommend them to everyone wanting to build their home.
